• What is the Monthly Science Club?
The Monthly Science Club is a hands-on STEM subscription that blends beauty, science, creativity, and confidence. Each month, members receive a new lip product, STEM-based activities, digital learning content, and collectible items designed to make science fun and approachable.

• What age is this subscription designed for?
The program is best suited for elementary and middle school–aged children who enjoy creative, hands-on learning. All activities and products are designed to be safe, age-appropriate, and engaging.

• What does my child receive each month?
Each month includes a brand-new lip product, access to a digital e-book or video via QR code, hands-on STEM activities, and collectible gem-themed keepsakes. Your child will never receive the same lip color twice.

 

• Will my child ever receive the same color again?
No. Each month features a new lip color, so your child never receives a repeat shade during their membership.

 

• What does “Create Your Own Gem Scientist” mean?
Through a guided form, each young lady has the opportunity to help develop her own Gem Scientist character and create a randomly selected custom lip color, which she gets to name. Select submissions may be featured and circulated as part of the Gemma & The Glam Scientist community. 

 

• Membership Log in 

 To access members‑only content or the My Subscriptions page, THEY MUST LOG IN WITH THE SAME EMAIL THAT WAS USED FOR THE PURCHASE. You must sign up with their personal email address. Using a different email creates a separate account that does not have that plan.

Pricing Plans don’t add a separate password system, but to log in and use the plan as a member, they will ultimately need a member account (email + password or social login) tied to that same email.

 

• What are the member perks?
New members receive a free welcome mirror in their first box and an exclusive Pop the Pup keychain, Gemma’s lab companion. Members also receive 20 percent off Lipstyck Lab products or party experiences.

 

• How much does the subscription cost?
The Monthly Science Club is $39.99 per month and is billed monthly.

 

• Is this a monthly or yearly subscription?
This is a 12-month educational experience billed monthly. The program is intentionally designed to be completed over the full year so your child can experience the complete Gem Scientist journey.

 

• Can I cancel the subscription?
You may cancel at any time; however, you are committed to completing the full 12-month program to receive the complete educational experience.

 

• When will my subscription ship?
Subscriptions ship monthly. Digital content is delivered via QR code included in each box.

 

• Are the products safe for children?
Yes. All products are created with safety and age-appropriateness in mind and are designed for supervised use.
